Some English ROMs may be in the ISO/WAV/CUE format which requires.cue editing (see comment by GrieverV below for more info).
CASTLEVANIA RONDO OF BLOOD ENGLISH ROM PATCH
The pre-patched bin/cue ROM I found seemed to be an older patch version as the title screen and stage names were untranslated. It is set in the fictional universe of the Castlevania series, where the protagonist Richter Belmont goes to save his lover Annette, who was abducted by Dracula.

Castlevania: Rondo of Blood is a platform-adventure video game developed by Konami for the PC Engine's Super CD-ROM System directed by Toru Hagihara. Strangely enough when Konami released this as a VC over here, they did not bother to translate it at all. I am looking for a ISO file for Super Mario 64 for the dolphin Emulator. Where can I find a Castlevania: Rondo of Blood Rom? I've searched the subreddit for any rom of Rondo of Blood that works so that I can play it with Symphony of the Night, but I can't find anything.
